By installing and using VoxPen, you agree to these terms.
安装并使用 VoxPen 即表示你同意以下条款。
1. Service Description / 服务说明
VoxPen is an iOS voice input keyboard that converts your speech to text via cloud-based speech recognition. VoxPen is currently in Beta.
VoxPen 是一款 iOS 语音输入键盘 App,通过云端语音识别将你的语音转换为文字。当前 VoxPen 处于 Beta 测试阶段。
2. License to Use / 使用许可
VoxPen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use on devices you own or control. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code.
VoxPen 授予你非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可,用于在你拥有或控制的设备上个人使用本 App。你不得对 App 进行反编译、逆向工程或试图获取源代码。
3. User Conduct / 用户行为
You agree:
- To use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Not to upload illegal, harassing, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content via the app.
你同意:
- 仅出于合法目的使用本 App。
- 不通过本 App 上传违法、骚扰、侮辱、侵权或其他不当内容。
4. Service Availability / 服务可用性
- During Beta, VoxPen may be unstable; some features may temporarily be unavailable.

We do not guarantee continuous service availability; interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.
- VoxPen 在 Beta 测试阶段可能存在不稳定情况,部分功能可能临时不可用。
- 我们不保证服务的持续可用性,可能因维护、升级、外部因素中断。
5. Transcription Accuracy / 转写质量
Voice transcription relies on third-party speech recognition (Alibaba Cloud / Bailian) and large language model refinement services. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Please manually verify important content.
语音转写依赖第三方语音识别(阿里云 / 百炼)和大模型润色服务,不保证 100% 准确。重要内容请人工核对。
6. Intellectual Property / 知识产权
The code, design, trademarks, and documentation of VoxPen are owned by us. The transcribed text content you produce via the app belongs to you.
VoxPen 的代码、设计、商标、文档归我们所有。你通过 App 转写产生的文字内容归你所有。
7. Disclaimer / 免责声明
VoxPen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use or inability to use the app.
VoxPen 按”现状”提供,不附带任何形式的明示或暗示保证。在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们对因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何损失不承担责任。
8. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxPen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内,VoxPen 对任何间接、附带、特殊、惩戒性或后果性损害不承担责任。
9. Termination / 终止
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the app for breach of these terms.
你可随时通过卸载 App 终止本协议。我们保留因违反本协议而终止你使用本 App 的权利。
10. Changes to Terms / 条款变更
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
我们可能随时修改本协议。重大修改会在 App 内通知。继续使用 App 即表示接受修改后的条款。
11. Governing Law / 争议解决
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如发生争议,双方应首先通过友好协商解决;协商不成的,提交有管辖权的法院解决。
